The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed the appeal filed by the President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki to stop his ongoing trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal on false declaration of assets.
As a result, the Apex Court has declared that Saraki’s CCT trial is proper and in order, thus giving CCT court go ahead to continue with his trial
