The end of the year 2015 stated by the presidency to end terrosim and sucide bombing in Nigeria might not be realitic with yet another terror attack carried out by a boy who detonated a suicide vest at a crowded market in Gombi town in Adamawa State on Friday, Killing many according to witnesses.
A vigilante leader told Daily Trust in a telephone interview that 20 persons including the bomber died in the blast.
Gombi was recaptured from Boko Haram in 2014 and since then, the insurgents have made several failed attempts to retake the town from the Nigerian military.
Daily trust gathered that military authority at the 23 Armoured Brigade in Yola was not immediately available for comment.
This terrorist attack will be the second in a week, after Chibok attach on Wednesday in which 14 people were reported killed.
