Bishop David Oyedepo retires as the Son takes over leadership of the Winners Chapel

There is an indication that Bishop David Oyedepo's first son, Oyedepo Junior,  will take over the leadership of Winners Chapel from his retiring father as from January 10, 2016.

Oyedepo Junior is the resident pastor of the London Branch of the  Winners Chapel, and is expected to be present at the Church's leadership forum holding at Faith Tabernacle, Cananland, Ota on Saturday. Naij.com reports that Oyedepo  would be officially presented  to the leaders of the Church as the new minister in charge of the Faith Tabernacle.

As the minister in charge of the Faith Tabernacle, he is expected to oversee activities of the Church worldwide and give his father required information. It is also believed that some senoir pastors will be redeployed to give chance for young pastors in the ministry. A senior pastor told Naij.com that the proposed hundred thousand sitter capacity auditorium of the Winners Chapel is expected to gulp a whopping sum of 50 billion naira, and would be first class structure in the world.
