Residents of Kogi State are today taking part in the election of new governor for the State. Today's election #kogidecides will lead to emergence of either the incumbent Governor Idris Wada of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) or the former governor, Audu Abubakar of All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, as the governor of the State for the next four years. Although candidates of other parties are contesting the governorship position either PDP or APC candidate is likely to emerge as the winer, going by the popularity and opinion polls.
